Exchange policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange

    • Exchange is only applicable if the item delivered is damaged or if an incorrect article has been sent.

    • Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

    • The original order receipt and packaging must be provided.

    • The tag must be intact; any item without the original tag will not be accepted for exchange.

  • Exchange Method

    • Customers will receive a coupon of equivalent value, redeemable on our website.

    • The coupon will be valid for 30 days only and cannot be extended.

    • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) via courier at their own expense.

    • Chukar does not provide pick-up or courier services for returns/exchanges.

    • Items lost or damaged during return transit will not be the responsibility of Chukar.

  • Colour Disclaimer

    • Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to photography lighting and device screen settings.

    • No exchange or refund requests will be entertained on the basis of colour differences.

  • Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Articles without tags, worn items, or items returned after 7 days will not be accepted.

    • Custom-made or altered jewelry is non-exchangeable.

      • For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry  are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are received in damaged condition or an incorrect item has been delivered.
